New Talents...
Busy Season was killer this year! Stacey and I decided we needed a break so I took it upon myself to lure her into my new hobby. A masterpiece is in the works and won't her new nephew be so excited once he gets it.
What's a night of creativity without a ginormous pizza from the Pie. Let's just say we had no idea it would be as big as I am. The walk to the car was difficult as I was laughing so hard I was crying at the thought of brining that pizza home to Mike...it only got better when Naomi started scarfing it down in the backseat of the cart on the way home. Anyway, it was fun. Glad we took a break from taxes to enjoy some normalcy.

Bear Lake
Weekend Away!! This past weekend we headed up to Bear Lake (in the middle of a snow storm) to relax and get away. We went with some friends that live in our neighboorhood and had a great time.
On Sat. we drove into Logan to go to the temple which was a nice break from tax season. I have always wanted to go to the Logan temple since this is where mom and dad got married so it was well worth the trip.

Christmas 2007
This year was a Hagen/Bennett Christmas and was a blast! My family came into town for a few weeks for lots of late nights, games (bonanza anyone? Blokus?). Not to mention a quilting frenzy. Mom was thrilled that Naomi and I got so into it..a
nd we haven't stopped since she left. Some of the highlights were Mike and Me and our nativity debut as Mary and Joseph(there is nothing like giving birth to a plastic baby doll while wearing jeans and a bathrobe. For those that weren't there I couldn't stop laughing so I think I ruined the "moment"), Ian stinking up our living room, 9 adults cram
med into our little 2 bedroom townhouse, and everything you can imagine at a Hagen family event. gone and we miss you all.
We spent Christmas eve at the Bennetts house. It was a lot of fun to spend it with everyone, and was especially nic
e to see Melissa and her family(it's been a long time). Christmas day we spent at the Bennett's house and then came home for the feast to end all feasts(thank you mom!) After eating way too much we finished the night off with a Ha
gen tradition. Liver Pool Rummy(aka - a really long game of cards) Once everyone wussed out of that Ian and I stayed up until 3 AM playing the wii. I wouldn't quit until I beat him at tennis...well, thatwas the plan anyway. Needless to say that took a few late nights to acomplish but I finally did it. After all the fun everyone left us and we are so sad! Come back and visit soon.
